Andrea Goodstein
Associate Director, AIK Foundation

Ms. Goodstein brings years of management, marketing, and production experience to the AIK Foundation. As the Executive Vice President of a Los Angeles-based production company for nearly seven years, Ms. Goodstein oversaw and was actively involved in all aspects of multi-media production and marketing. Her production experience includes nationally aired news-format cable television programs, corporate marketing videos, television commercials and infomercials, and product videos. Since 1997 Ms. Goodstein has provided media services to over 200 companies. Ms. Goodstein’s production and marketing background has also included significant prior experience with nonprofit organizations and the unique issues they face. For example, Ms. Goodstein has produced infomercials for the World Society for the Protection of Animals, The American Red Cross, Children’s Miracle Network, World Vision, and others. Ms. Goodstein has gained additional knowledge and experience with nonprofit organizations through her roles as a founding board member and officer of a nonprofit public benefit corporation and as the current treasurer of a local elementary school PTA. Ms. Goodstein has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting.

Bob Gilbert
Chief Enabling Officer, AIK Foundation
Bob Gilbert, CTC, has enjoyed over 25 years in the Travel Industry. He has earned a solid reputation as an industry leader and opinion maker. Today, Bob runs Travelenergy, a provider of creative travel solutions for the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.

Prior to starting Travelenergy, Bob was Vice President Marketing and Sales for Best Western, the world’s largest hotel chain. There, he masterminded the “World’s Largest Hotel Chain” campaign winning numerous awards. In addition he created a number of sports marketing events including an ABC TV golf special with Michael Douglas and Friends, a unique golfing event People versus the Pros and Best Western’s $10 Million Dollar Challenge (both live on national TV) and has partnered with Major League Baseball and the National Hockey League. He also managed to secure Best Western as the Official Hotel of NASCAR. Bob has served as VP at the Walt Disney Travel Company, and as Vice President Sales & Travel Operations, for the Disneyland Resort in Southern California, which included the Disneyland theme parks and Disney owned hotels. He has had senior executive positions with Choice Hotels, Travel Agent Magazine and SuperClubs.

Special recognition was given to Bob in fall 2004, receiving the coveted Travel Supplier of the Year award from the American Society of Travel Agents, the largest travel agent association in the world. He was also chosen as Chairman for NTA’s (National Tour Association) 2006 Convention in Salt Lake City. Bob, has been recognized for numerous achievements including, “Attractions Person of the Year”, “Hotel Person of the Year” ; and listed in “The 25 Most Influential Executives in the Tour & Travel Industry”. He has served for several years on the Board of TIA (Travel Industry Association of America), Travel Advisor to Travel Agent Magazine, Board member JRDF (Junior Diabetes Research Foundation) and advisor to the Florida Division of Tourism. A fun fact not known to many is that he worked 6 years with Phil Collins and Genesis. He holds an MInstM from the UK’s Institute of Marketing, CTC (Certified Travel Counselor) accreditation from The Travel Institute and speaks French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Avid sports fan with his favorite team being Fulham in the UK English Premier Soccer League. He enjoys scuba diving, golf, fly fishing, skiing and music. Bob lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Julie and two sons.

Travel breaks down barriers and frontiers and promotes greater cultural understanding, tolerance and peace. Warren Riley
President and Founder, NPO Solutions

Mr. Riley is currently the President of NPO Solutions, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning for the nonprofit sector with local, regional, and national clients. Warren Riley gained his experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors where he has specialized in strategic planning, operations planning, budgeting, staff development, market planning, and fundraising. For several years, he was with the firm KPMG Peat Marwick, where he provided consulting services to a variety of social service agencies, arts and advocacy organizations, associations, schools, and universities. His book on strategic planning, The Resource Development System, is a “bible” to leaders throughout the nonprofit sector. Mr. Riley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Dartmouth College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stanford University.

Kelly Heintz
Consultant, NPO Solutions

Kelly Heintz has diverse experience in the nonprofit and private sectors where she specialized in education and public relations. Prior to consulting exclusively for nonprofits, she worked at a boutique marketing firm in Los Angeles as a research analyst and writer on many large corporate accounts. At the Yale Center for British Art, she worked directly with the Curator of Education to design and implement innovative educational programs for museum audiences of all ages. Ms. Heintz has been deeply involved with nonprofits since her youth and continues this passion in her professional career. Ms. Heintz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Yale College.
