Bruce McIndoeBruce McIndoe

With a number of years of experience in intelligence operations and information technology, Bruce McIndoe is a seasoned expert in travel security, intelligence, and risk management. Bruce was the Founder and CEO of CSSi, an Inc. 500 and four-time Washington Technology FAST 50 company that developed intelligence collection and processing systems for various national intelligence organizations. Bruce was a lead architect on one of the most productive intelligence programs in the National Security Agency's history. He was also a major contributor to the Future Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems architecture program, several major communications security (COMSEC) programs, and numerous technical programs. Bruce holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and is a trustee of Allegheny College, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Physics. Bruce has been cited as a travel security expert on NBC Nightly News and MSNBC and was recently recognized as one of the "Top 25 Most Influential People in the Travel Industry" by Business Travel News.

Tom LockeTom Locke

Thomas B. Locke is the President of Thomas B. Locke & Associates, LLC, a security consulting and investigative firm based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He is also the President of the Rotary Club of Greater Crofton. Mr. Locke is a 32-year veteran of the Federal Bureau of Investigation having retired as the Acting Assistant Director of the Inspection Division at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He has been the on-the-scene commander in numerous terrorism, kidnapping, drug, and other complex crisis management scenarios. Steven HolmanDetective Steven Holman
Steven Holman’s career with the U.K. police started in 1981 as a detective specializing in criminal Investigations dealing with child protection, burglary, and fraud offences in Central and Outer London Police stations.  In 1999 Detective Holman was selected for the Serious Crime division responsible for the investigation of the most serious crimes committed in London. His expertise in the role of exhibits officer specializing in the retrieval of Forensic evidence from Crime Scenes, to his role as an  F.L.O. (Family Liaison Officer) makes Detective Steve Holman a respected and welcomed  addition to the AIK Foundation Board of Advisory.

Simon OurianDr. Simon S. Ourian, M.D.
Dr. Ourian received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from California State University at Northridge with high honors.

He was awarded his medical degree in 1994 from Wayne State University in Michigan. In late 1994, he started his residency training at UCLA, where he developed an interest in the field of laser and aesthetic surgery.

He continued his post-graduate studies in August of 1997 and, again in August of 1998 at Harvard University School of Medicine, studying under the pioneers of laser surgery.

In 1998, he and his brother, Dr. Bob Ourian, co-founded the Epione Laser Institute. Today, Epione, located in the heart of Beverly Hills, is one of the most comprehensive, state-of-the-art laser and aesthetic surgery centers in the world.

Dr. Simon Ourian has been instrumental in the development of several laser systems that are now utilized here in the Center and in leading medical facilities around the world.

Dr. Simon Ourian lectures extensively and is a leading authority in the field of lasers and noninvasive aesthetic procedures. He also serves as an advising physician to many laser manufacturing companies.

He has been featured many times in numerous national and international media. Dr. Simon Ourian holds memberships in the American Laser Medicine Association and the American society of Laser Surgery & Medicine.

Dr. Simon Ourian also serves as the advisory editor for the following publications: Journal of Plastic Surgery Products, American Aesthetic Medicine Publication, and Journal of American Medical Lasers

Mark WagarMark Wagar
President & General Manager of Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield out of New York.
Mark Wagar joined WellPoint through the 2005 merger with WellChoice in New York. At WellChoice he was Senior Vice President of Sales for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, with responsibility for all of Empire’s national and local group account business.

A 32 year veteran of healthcare services, Mr. Wagar brings a strong combination of both health plan and provider management experience. His health benefit leadership roles prior to Empire included positions at Caremark, CIGNA HealthCare, and other managed care organizations. Provider roles included hospital management, physician practice management, and diagnostic services.

Mr. Wagar and his wife of 33 years, Ellen, live in Manhattan and are both graduates of The Ohio State University.

An experienced officer or director in public and private corporations, as well as community and charitable organizations Mr. Wagar currently serves as a Director for OxySure, Inc. He is also an advisor to developing medical device organizations through the North Texas Enterprise Center for Medical Technology. He has been recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus of The Ohio State University, a recipient of the Dr. Jonas Salk Memorial Mentor in Medicine Award, and a member of the 1971 Big Ten Champion Ohio State University Basketball Team.

Andrew GrayAndrew Grey
CPA

Drew commenced his public accounting career at Ernst & Whinney, a "Big Eight" international CPA firm, in 1978, where he served as both an audit supervisor and tax manager servicing a diversified clientele ranging from manufacturing, service, real estate and entertainment industries. He later joined one of his real estate clients as Controller, Treasurer and Senior Vice President and was responsible for accounting, computer systems and financing. During the company's regrowth phase, Drew assisted them in rebounding from the 1983 recession into a $250,000,000 enterprise. Drew joined Solomon Ross Grey & Company, LLP in 1987 servicing the audit, tax and consulting needs of a diversified clientele.

Drew has extensive experience handling entrepreneurial companies, assisting them from their organization, preparation of business plans and projections. He has assisted these companies in generating over $200 million in debt and capital formations. Drew has been involved in many merger and acquisitions for his clients, representing both the seller and the purchaser. Drew has served as the CFO of a publicly traded telecommunication company and the CEO of a consumer products company with products in over 25,000 stores throughout the United States and sold in 22 other countries.

In addition to Drew’s business acumen, Drew has developed an extensive tax practice specializing in tax minimization. He has developed creative strategies that reduce tax while optimizing the financial statement income.

Drew is also in charge of the Management Advisory Services Department. In addition to traditional forms of management advisory services, the firm assists clients in turnarounds through workouts with creditors, debt restructuring, loan origination, venture capital fundings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Drew's professional affiliations include the American Institute of CPA's, the California Society of CPA's, the National Association of Accountants, the Builders' Industry Association and Home Builders Council. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration, accounting and finance emphasis, and attended the Masters of Business Taxation program at USC.
